I went to Terrys to order a tank for my cabin shallow well pump. They got exactly what I needed. Five stars!
I usually go to Menard or homedepot but i went there out of convenience since its closer. Staff is friendly. also , i had to return one of the items and i was expecting being a small store they would ask you tons of questions why i'm returning but to my surprise they returned it without asking a single question, usually Menard and homedepot will ask you the reason.
Great customer service! Had an issue with a Webber grill I bought there a few years ago and needed a new part for it. Sarah at the Rosemount store thought the part I needed was likely covered under warranty. She took down my info and said she would work with the store manager to contact Webber to get the part shipped out, hopefully covered by warranty. She took care of everything and I didn't have to wait in the store to get an answer. They got my part in within a week and it was covered by warrenty. She and the whole staff were very helpful!
Just moved into the area - love having a local family owned hardware store. Staff are very friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable
I have been going to Terry's since it was Coast to Coast. It is a great small town store with a friendly staff. If the prices were a little lower I would go more often, and give 5 stars.
